1. The vibe
The PawManage community is for pet people helping pet people: care questions, health experiences, behaviour, training, stories and the occasional very good photo. Be kind, be useful, be real.
2. Welcome here
- Questions (including the embarrassing ones)
- Pet stories, photos, videos and polls
- Care experiences and educational posts
- Respectful disagreement
3. Not allowed
- Contact details: phone numbers, emails, home addresses or payment details, including disguised ones.
- Direct solicitation: “DM me”, “call me” and similar attempts to take conversations off-platform.
- Pet sales and breeding offers: these go through Find a Match.
- Spam and unrelated promotions.
- Abuse: harassment, hate, threats or graphic cruelty.
- Illegal content, including anything that harms animals.
- Medical claims presented as professional advice. Share experiences, not prescriptions.
4. How moderation works
Posts and comments go through automatic checks for contact details, blocked keywords and spam. They're then published, held for review, or rejected. Our moderators review reports and can remove or restore content, suspend or ban accounts, and update blocked-word lists. Every moderation action is logged.
5. Reporting
You can report any post, comment, user, breeder, product or message from the app. Reports are confidential.
6. Consequences
Depending on severity: content removal, a warning, temporary restriction, suspension or a permanent ban.
