1. Agreement
By using PawManage you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a mobile number you control and a one-time code.
- You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable parental consent.
- Keep your device secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can see and sign out of your active sessions in Settings.
- You can be a pet owner, a breeder or both on one account.
3. Pets & shared records
You may only add pets you own or care for, and only invite people you know. When you link someone to a pet, you're choosing to share that pet's information with them according to their relationship and permissions. Ownership transfers need the new owner to accept.
4. Health information disclaimer
PawManage helps you organise your pet's information. Health scores, reminders, guides and any helpline features are informational only. They are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or prescription. Always ask a qualified vet.
5. Breeders & matching
- Only users with breeder mode switched on can make pets available for breeding.
- “Verified” means a breeder passed the checks listed on our verification page, and nothing more. It doesn't guarantee any animal's health, temperament or genetics.
- Match scores compare profiles. They are not a veterinary or genetic assessment.
- Any arrangement between owners and breeders is between them. You're responsible for following animal welfare and breeding laws.
6. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a licence to host, display and process it to run the service. Don't post content you don't have rights to. We can remove content that breaks these Terms or our Guidelines.
7. Things you can't do
- Share contact details to get around our privacy protections.
- Advertise pets for sale or breeding outside Find a Match.
- Spam, harass, impersonate or post illegal or abusive content.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
8. Plans & payments
Paid plans aren't available yet. When they launch, we'll confirm each payment with the payment provider before activating a plan, and send an invoice to your billing email. Plan details, renewals and refunds will be described at purchase.
9. Suspension & termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Moderation actions are logged.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, especially during development. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for arrangements made between users. [Liability cap to be confirmed.]
11. Law & disputes
